Absolute garbage app requiring you to have an external SD Symphony account to even function. Cannot even get password reset links sent to the email with account. Password requirements are also extremely dated, posing an extreme data leak risk.

The San Diego symphony forcing you to download this app for mobile tickets. Very disappointed. We should be able to decide how we digitally receive our paid tickets. Also the app feels outdated. When you click on calendar, food, etc send you to a website. What's the point of the app then.

Even getting the tickets is nearly impossible. The history informs you purchased tickets. When you go to your events, it says there are no tickets to display. Just allow us to print. Don't charge fees for something useless.
